How to delete your data

To delete the WhatsApp conversation records and enquiry details Bingo Chess Academy holds about you:

1. Send "Please delete my data" on WhatsApp to +60 10-837 9185, from the phone number you used to contact us. You can also call 010-837 9185.
2. Our staff confirm the request and delete your conversation history and enquiry details from our system within 30 days.
3. We reply to confirm once it is done.

If you are a current student's parent, we may need to keep records required for billing or by law; we will tell you if anything has to be kept and why.

Messages already delivered also remain in your own WhatsApp app. You can delete those yourself in WhatsApp.
